Analysis

This resolution authorizes the Milwaukee Public Library to partner with the Milwaukee Public Museum in applying for an Active / Interactive Museum grant from the Institute of Museum and Library Services. The purpose of the project is to explore the delivery of service and exhibit content to museum visitors through innovative use of technology.

Whereas, The City of Milwaukee appears to be eligible for grant funds from the Institute of Museum and Library Services to explore the delivery of service and exhibit content to museum visitors through innovative use of technology; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that application to the Institute of Museum and Library Services is authorized.
