-Analysis- This resolution approves an Out-of-Program Agreement between a developer and the City regarding funding and installation of public improvements for a 37 lot, single family home subdivision known as Heritage Meadows. The project is located in the general area west of N. 107th Street and south of W. Daphne Street. The resolution also authorizes the Commissioner of Public Works to accept funds from the developer to cover the cost of designing the necessary public improvements.
BODY
Whereas, Heritage Land Company plans to develop a 37 lot, single family subdivision to be known as Heritage Meadows in the area generally located west of N. 107th Street and south of W. Daphne Street; and
Whereas, The company has recently undertaken two related subdivisions in the same general area known as Heritage Heights and Heritage Woods; and
Whereas, The company desires to enter into an Out-of-Program Agreement with the City of Milwaukee to provide for the construction of public improvements to serve the project; and
Whereas, The company is willing to deposit engineering funds to cover the cost of designing the required public improvements; and
Whereas, The Out-of-Program Agreement for this development is attached to the file; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that the Commissioner of Public Works is hereby authorized to accept a deposit from the company, in an amount to be determined by the City Engineer, to cover the cost of designing the public improvements required to serve the project...
