Title
An ordinance relating to parking controls.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the
City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:
“On the east side of South 9th Street from West Greenfield Avenue to West National Avenue”
“On the west side of North 45th Street from West Juneau Avenue to a point 54 feet north thereof at anytime”
Part 2. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the east side of North 31st Street from West Wisconsin Avenue to West Wells Street
Part 3. Section 101-23-10-a of the Code relating to No Parking During Winter Months is amended by striking the following:
“On the east side of North 31st Street from West Wisconsin Avenue to West Wells Street”
Part 4. Section 101-26.7 of the Code relating to Street Sweeping Streets is amended by adding the following:
On the east side of South 9th Street from West Greenfield Avenue to West National Avenue from 8:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. on the 2nd Tuesday of each month from April 1st to December 1st
Part 5. Section 101-27-3-b-1 of the Code relating to Alternate Side Night Parking is amended by adding the following:
On South Lenox Street from East Conway Street at East Homer Street
