Title

Analysis
This resolution directs the installation and construction of certain public improvements which have been determined to be nonassessable by the Commissioner of Public Works. The City cost of the projects approved by this resolution is estimated to be $5,982,415.00. The total estimated cost of these projects is $7,248,280.20.
Body
Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct nonassessable improvements; and

Whereas, Plans, specifications and cost estimates have been prepared for the following described improvements:

6th Aldermanic District

PCB REMOVAL - 4132 N. Holton St. (SM495220014) File Number 211997: Sanitary sewer PCB removal. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund - $395,000). The total estimated cost of this project including the requested amount is $400,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2022 construction season.

7th and 10th Aldermanic Districts

Traffic Island Bioswales - Various Locations (SM499190015) File Number 191658: (Storm Water Quality - Nonassessable Water Quality Projects to meet TMDL Requirements - additional funding $25,000). The total estimated cost of this project including the requested amount is $305,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2022 construction season.
