The purpose of this resolution is to amend the deed restrictions for a parcel of land located at 8355 West Bradley Road for expansion of the facilities at this location.
BODY:
Whereas, The Jansen Group, Inc. is the owner of property at 8355 West Bradley Road, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and as more particularly described in the attached Amendment to Deed Restriction and

Whereas, The City of Milwaukee conveyed the subject property to a predecessor-in-title of the Jansen Group, Inc. on September 9, 1980 by Warranty Deed which was subsequently recorded in the Milwaukee County Register of Deeds office as Document No. 5336571, Reel 1334, Images 1157 to 1165; and

Whereas, The Warranty Deed from the City of Milwaukee had an attached exhibit i Aj which set forth certain deed restrictions to the subject property; and

Whereas, Jansen Group, Inc. has requested a modification of two of these deed restrictions which would provide for the expansion and improvement of their facilities at the 8355 West Bradley Road location; and

Whereas, The Department of City Development has reviewed the requested modifications to the front yard and rear year set-back requirements contained in the City of Milwaukee 1980 warranty deed and is in agreement with request; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that the attached Amendment to Deed Restrictions for the subject property, allowing for a reduction in front yard and rear yard set-back requirements, is hereby approved; and, be it
