Acquire/Rehab/Sell & New Construction Pool: decrease from $138,000 to $82,000
Under the "Affordable Housing" category (HOME funds):
South Community Organization: increase from $0 to $280,000.
Acquire/Rehab/Sell & New Construction Pool: decrease from $510,000 to $230,000
Ald. Murphy moved that the Common Council resolve itself into the Committee of the Whole for the purpose of hearing from Steve Mahan, Community Development Block Grant Director with respect to CDBG amendment #1.
There was no objection.
Mr. Mahan addressed the Common Council and was asked various questions.
During Mr. Mahan's appearance, Ald. Hines yielded the chair to Ald. Murphy.
Ald. Witkowiak moved that the committee rise. There was no objection.
