Minutes note: Appeared Jerrel Kruschke (DPW Commissioner), Rick Meyers (DPW Sanitation Services Manager) Fall timing recap: snow fell Nov 29; rake-out deadline had been extended from the typical Nov 15 to Nov 30 (right before the storm). Spring rake-out period discussed as March 1–March 15, with DPW operations to begin consolidation/collection after that. DPW goal is to quickly remove the remaining leaves not collected in the fall. DPW noted they have continued opportunistic leaf pickup since December through January when conditions allowed, mainly responding to larger pile requests.
