The applicant said that it is for this application and explained that this building has been in his family and that he is been taking care of previous citations. Sgt. Velasquez said that the last citation is from 2024. Terri Williams (LAS for Ald. Dimitrijevic) said that they know that the applicant inherited some problems, which he is trying to resolve but that there is neighborhood opposition still. She added that Ald.
