Substitute resolution amending the prevailing wage resolution (Glaziers, Plumbers, Laborers, Electricians, Sound and Communication Workers, Steamfitters, Refrigeration Mechanics, Plasterer Laborers, Plumber Laborers, Laborers' Utility & Cable Work, Terrazzo Finishers, Carpenters, Piledriver Employers, Floor Coverer, Roofers).
BODY:
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the resolution relative to minimum rates of pay and fringe benefits for various construction worker categories employed by the private construction industry engaged in public works contracts with the City of Milwaukee is hereby amended to reflect changes as contained in letter(s) from the Milwaukee Building and Construction Trades Council dated May 15, May 22, and May 29, 1997, and from the Department of Employee Relations, dated June 13, 1997, and attached to Common Council File Number 970330; and, be it
Further Resolved, That a copy of the aforesaid letter(s) be included with all certified copies of this resolution as part thereof.
