This resolution will include a footnote in the 2005 adopted city budget requiring that funds for Milwaukee Alliance Community Prosecution activities in the second police district be released upon Common Council approval of the contract with the Milwaukee Alliance.
Body
Whereas, The 2005 adopted city budget provides for a Special Purpose Account for Milwaukee Alliance Community Prosecution activities in the second police district; and
Whereas, It would be desirable to reserve release of these funds upon approval of the Common Council; now, therefore be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the Special Purpose Account for Milwaukee Alliance Community Prosecution activities shall be footnoted as follows:
"Milwaukee Alliance for Community Prosecution (O)"
"(O) Funds to be released upon Common Council approval of contract with Milwaukee Alliance for Community Prosecution."
