Minutes note: The question was put: Have the members of the Common Council read the Report and Recommendation of the Licenses Committee in this matter? All members indicated that they had done so. The question was put: Is Michael Grosse or his counsel present and, if so, does he or she wish to address the Common Council? Mr. Grosse was present by counsel, Attorney David Halbrooks. Ald. Bohl moved that the Common Council enter the Committee of the Whole for the purpose of taking testimony in this matter. There was no objection. Attorney David Halbrooks appeared and addressed the Common Council. Asst. City Attorney Tom Miller appeared and addressed the Common Council. Ald. Bohl moved that the Committee of the Whole rise. There was no objection. Ald. Witkowiak moved to remove from the "deny" list and return to Committee the Class "B" manager license of Jesse Urban.
