This substitute motion approves the recommendations of the Utilities and Licenses Committee for the renewal of the licensed dwelling facility license (rooming house) to Rushbee Co./Prospect Residence for the premises at 1927 N. Prospect Ave.

Whereas, The Utilities and Licenses Committee held a hearing on December 10, 2002 relative to the renewal of the licensed dwelling facility license of Rushbee Co./Prospect Residence for the premises at 1927 N. Prospect Ave.; and

Whereas, Three police charges against one of the local agents were reduced to one; and

Whereas, The Utilities and Licenses Committee approved the renewal on December 10, 2002, voting unanimously (4 ayes, 0 noes) to recommend renewal of said license; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the Commissioner of Neighborhood Services is authorized and directed to grant the licensed dwelling facility license for the premises at 1927 N. Prospect Ave. to Rushbee Co./Prospect Residence.
