Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions, determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct and levy special assessments for the following improvements:
3rd Aldermanic District
Alley between E. Bradford Ave., N. Prospect Ave., N. Stowell Ave., E. Webster Pl. (ST212160107) File Number 170017: Concrete alley pavement reconstruction, replace some abutting walk or driveway approaches, grading, storm drainage facilities, and permeable pavement as necessary. (Assessable Alley Paving Fund - $25,200; Nonassessable Alley Paving Fund - $130,800). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $170,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2026 construction season.
