Resolution approving and authorizing execution of
Amendment No. 2 to the Cooperation Agreement for Tax
Incremental District No. 13 ("TID-13") in the Beer Line
"A" Redevelopment Project Area. (Department of City

- Analysis -
This resolution approves Amendment No. 2 to the
Cooperation Agreement for TID-13 between the City of
Milwaukee and the Redevelopment Authority of the City
of Milwaukee. Adoption of this resolution provides an
additional $807,400 to RACM for implementation of TID-
13 and authorizes the proper City officials to execute
the Agreement.
BODY:
Whereas, The Redevelopment Authority of the City of
Milwaukee has approved the expansion of redevelopment
activities in the Beer Line "A" Redevelopment Project
Area; and
Whereas, Such expansion of activities requires an
amendment to the Cooperation Agreement for this
project, a copy of the Agreement is attached to this
Common Council File; and
Whereas, Funds sufficient to cover the costs associated
with this amendment are available in the TID-13
Project; and
Whereas, The Redevelopment Authority of the City of
Milwaukee has approved Amendment No. 2 to the
Cooperation Agreement for TID-13 at its meeting of
January 19, 1995; and
Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee
desires to amend the Cooperation Agreement to increase
the funds available to undertake the expanded
activities in the Beer Line "A" Redevelopment Project
Area; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of
Milwaukee that Amendment No. 2 to the Cooperation
Agreement for TID-13 in the Beer Line "A" Redevelopment
Project Area be and is hereby approved; and, be it
Further Resolved, That the proper officials of the City
of Milwaukee be and are hereby authorized and directed
to execute said Amendment No. 2 to the Cooperation
