Analysis

This resolution accepts Sewer Easement document SE-2687A in North 66^th Street (ext'd) from 270' north of West Hustis Street to West Good Hope Road in the 9^th Aldermanic District.

Body

Whereas, Wilson Realty is developing the Good Hope Business Center, south of West Good Hope Road at North 67^th Street in the Northeast one-quarter (NE ¼) of Section 22, Township 8 North, Range 21 East; and  

Whereas, The plans for Good Hope Business Center require the construction of a sanitary sewer in a private easement; and

Whereas, The easement for said sanitary sewers is in the property owned by Wilson Realty, a Wisconsin corporation; and

Whereas, Sewer Easement SE-2685, granting permission to the City to construct and maintain sanitary sewers has been granted by Wilson Realty and approved as to contents, form, and execution by the proper City Officers; and

Whereas, Sewer Easement SE-2685 will also grant the City the right of entry in and across the property and with the right to inspect, enlarge, reconstruct and relocate as may become applicable said sewer; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the City of Milwaukee hereby accepts Sewer Easement SE-2685, said Sewer Easement document being attached to this Common Council Resolution File Number 010470 and incorporated in this resolution by reference as though set forth in full; and, be it

Further Resolved, That said Sewer Easement document shall be forwarded to the office of City Real Estate for recording and proper distribution.
