Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that said Common Council hereby ratifies and approves the extension of Lease Agreement with Cargill, Inc. with the City of Milwaukee, dated 7/3/68 as amended on 10/30/79, 3/12/85 and 4/25/97, by and through its Board of Harbor Commissioners for lease of 4.3188 acres of Port property located on two parcels of and on the west side of South Carferry Drive, South Harbor Tract, for the term, 1 October 1999 through 30 September 2001; and, be it
Further Resolved, That the designated officers of said government and said Board are hereby authorized and directed to execute an agreement to carry out this purpose as prepared by the City Attorney's office.
