Analysis
This resolution authorizes engineering studies on projects which by City Charter are nonassessable. After design plans and estimates of costs have been prepared, a resolution authorizing construction will be submitted to the Common Council.

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that it is necessary and in the public interest to do the following described improvements according to City specifications:

W. Lancaster Ave. - N. 37th St. to N. 38th St. (SM495040183): Relaying combined sewer. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $5,000)

N. Teutonia Ave. - W. Capitol Dr. to W. Atkinson Ave. (SM495040180): Relaying sanitary sewer. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $8,500)

W. Villard Ave. - N. 19th St. to N. 22nd St. (SM495040166): Sanitary sewer lining. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $11,000)
