This resolution authorizes a variance from Administrative Rules and construction of certain public improvements which are to be financed by a developer in accordance with an agreement previously approved by the Common Council.
BODY:
Whereas, On May 5, 1998, the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted Resolution File Number 972006 authorizing an agreement between the developer of Arlington Investments, Wisconsin VII LP and the City of Milwaukee for the installation of required improvements in certain public ways to serve a proposed multifamily residential development to be located at 6101 West Bradley Road :
WE 849 & WE 850 west of N. 60th St. and south of W. Bradley Rd. (828-1627-2) File Number 972006: New water main. (Developer Water Fund 42-641---301-0001 -- $115,000)
in the 9th Aldermanic District of the City of Milwaukee; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that a variance is authorized from the procedures of File Number 881665, being the Administrative Rules for the Capital Improvements Process, and hereby directs the City Comptroller to make a supplemental appropriation of $115,000 in the Developer Out-of-Program Capital Purpose Account (42-641---301-0001) with offsetting revenues in Water Estimated Revenue (42-641---301-9003); and, be it
