The resolution authorizes the levying of special assessments and directs the installation and construction of said public improvements. Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions, determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct and levy special assessments for the following improvements:

15th Aldermanic District

Alley between W. Center St., N. Grant Blvd., W. Hadley St., N. 41st St. (ST212170101)
File Number 150614. Concrete alley pavement reconstruction, replace some abutting walk or driveway approaches, grading, and storm drainage facilities where necessary.

(Assessable Alley Paving Fund -- $57,600; Nonassessable Alley Paving Fund -- $65,000). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $132,600. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2022 construction season. ; and

Whereas, The report of the Commissioner of Public Works has been filed with the City
