ANLS:

This resolution appropriates $11,000 from the Common Council 1998 Contingent Fund to pay expenses to Reinhart, Mahoney & Bryden, the investment manager for the Policemen's Annuity and Benefit Fund. Total expenses for the year were budgeted at $45,000 but actual expenses were $56,000, a shortfall of $11,000.

Whereas, Anticipated investment expenses for the Police A&B Fund were $45,000 and actual expenses were $56,000; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that the sum of $11,000 be appropriated from the Contingent Fund to the Police Annuity and Benefit Account 08-440-0-6301.
