Title
Substitute ordinance relating to the change in zoning from Single-Family Residential (RS1), Multi-Family Residential (RM1) and Industrial Light (IL1) to Single-Family Residential (RS2), on land located on the South Side of West Brown Deer Road and West of North 114th Street, in the 9th Aldermanic District.
Analysis
This substitute ordinance creates a single base zoning district for a proposed single-family residential subdivision known as Tara Vista Estates.

Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
Section 295-501(1)(a).0003. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the area being a part of Parcel 3 of Certified Survey Map No. 4919, all of Parcel 2 and Parcel 3 of Certified Survey Map No. 3962, all of Parcel 2 of Certified Survey Map No. 5339, all of Parcel 2 of Certified Survey Map No. 3294, part of Parcel 3 and all of Outlot A of Certified Survey Map No. 5713, and part of the Northwest 1/4 and the Northeast 1/4 of Section 7, Township 8 North, Range 21 East, all being part of the Northwest 1/4 and the Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 7, Township 8 North, Range 21 East, in the City of Milwaukee, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, from Single-Family Residential (RS1), Multi-Family Residential (RM1) and Industrial Light (IL1) to Single-Family Residential (RS2).
