Substitute resolution amending the prevailing wage resolution (Asbestos Workers/Heat & Frost Insulators, Bricklayers, Pointer, Caulker, Cleaner, Building, Marine and Shaft and Tunnel Labor Service, Marble & Cement Masons, Building, Shaft and Tunnel Construction, Building & Residential, Electricians, Sound and Communication Workers, Glaziers, Laborers, Building Agreement, Sewer and Water Open Cut, Tunnel-Compressed Air, Plasterers, Painters, Tile Layers, Bridge, Structural and Ornamental Iron Workers, Carpenters/Floor Coverer, Millwright Erectors, Piledriver Employers).
BODY:
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the resolution relative to minimum rates of pay and fringe benefits for various construction worker categories employed by the private construction industry engaged in public works contracts with the City of Milwaukee is hereby amended to reflect changes as contained in letter(s) from the Milwaukee Building and Construction Trades Council dated May 23, and June 2, 2000, and from the Department of Employee Relations dated June 20, 2000, and attached to Common Council File Number 000241; and, be it
Further Resolved, That a copy of the aforesaid letter(s) be included with all certified copies of this resolution as part thereof.
