- Analysis -

This ordinance repeals the $36 annual fee for a massage therapist permit. The previous city permit requirement for massage therapists was repealed in Council File Number 981046, passed by the common council on November 24, 1998, so the fee provision is obsolete.

BODY:

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Section 60-58.5 of the code is repealed.

Part 2. This ordinance takes effect February 1, 1999.
