This resolution authorizes the Commissioner of Public Works to execute revised project agreements with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation for the programming, design, and construction of North 91st Street from West Mill Road to West Good Hope Road, West Greenfield Avenue from South 35th Street to South Cesar Chavez Drive, West Vliet Street from North 27th Street to North 12th Street, and North Teutonia Avenue from West Garfield Avenue to West Groeling Avenue with State and Federal aid under the Surface Transportation Program.

Whereas, Project agreements have been executed by the Wisconsin Department of Transportation and the City of Milwaukee for the improvement of North 91st Street from West Mill Road to West Good Hope Road, West Greenfield Avenue from South 35th Street to South Cesar Chavez Drive, West Vliet Street from North 27th Street to North 12th Street, and North Teutonia Avenue from West Garfield Avenue to West Groeling Avenue using State and Federal aid under the Surface Transportation Program, in accordance with Common Council Resolution File Number 140427, adopted July 22, 2014; and
