This amendment will allow the development of a .39 acre out lot at the Northwest corner of the site for a variety of commercial purposes.
BODY:
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances ("Code") a new section to read as follows:
Section 295-820(2)(b).0108.
(1) In accordance with the provisions of Section 295-810(1) of the Code relating to the establishment of planned development districts, the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee approves the third amendment to the detailed plan for a planned development known as Clarke Square, a copy of which is attached to this Common Council File as Exhibit "A" which is on file in the Office of the City Clerk and made a part thereof as though fully set forth herein.
(2) The zoning map is amended so as to redesignate as a Detailed Planned Development (DPD), the area bounded and described as follows:
All that part of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4, and the Northeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 31, Township 7 North, Range 22 East, in the City of Milwaukee, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, bounded and described as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of the Southeast 1/4 of said Section 31, said point also being a point on the centerline of West Pierce Street; thence North 88 deg. 29 min. 19 sec. East along the centerline of West Pierce Street 851.26 feet to a point; thence South 00 deg. 54 min. 47 sec.
