Recommendation of nonrenewal of the Class "A" Malt License of Nael M. Mohammad, agent for "Lugman Assad Family, Inc." for the premise located at 2626 West Vliet Street ("Foodliner Foodmarket") in the 4th Aldermanic District.
Recommendation of nonrenewal of the Class "D" Bartender License of Christine T. Gorny.
Recommendation of nonrenewal of the Home Improvement Contractors License of James Hoskins. (Written exceptions have been filed)
The President questioned wheither the members of the Common Council read the Report and Recommendations of the Utilities and Licenses Committee in this matter and any written exceptions, if filed by the licensee?
Ayes: 14 - Ald. D'Amato, Henningsen, Bohl, Gordon, Donovan, Richards, Cameron, Scherbert, Sanchez, Pawlinski, Breier, Nardelli, Murphy , Hines and President Pratt.
Excused: 2 - Ald. Herron and Johnson -Odom.
Noes: 0.
THE CLERK asked whether the applicants or their counsel were present and wished to address the Council.

ALD. PAWLINSKI moved that the Committee do now rise.
The motion prevailed.
ALD. PAWLINSKI moved that the application of James Hoshiro be granted.
The motion prevailed by the following vote:
Ayes: 9 - Ald. D'Amato, Bohl, Gordon, Richards, Cameron, Pawlinski, Murphy, Hines and President Pratt.
Noes: 5 - Henningsen, Donovan, Sanchez, Breier and Nardelli.
