Title
Substitute ordinance relating to the change in zoning from Single-Family Residential (RS1) to Multi-Family Residential (RM1), on land located at 9216 West St. Paul Avenue, in the 10th Aldermanic District.
Analysis
This substitute ordinance creates a single base zoning district for a parcel with an existing religious assembly that was combined with an adjacent parcel through deed restriction for future development of an accessory parking lot.

Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
Section 295-501.3.0001. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the area bounded by the zoning line within the right-of-way along West St. Paul Avenue, a line 100 feet West and parallel to the west line of North 92nd Street, a line 124 feet North and parallel to the north line of West St. Paul Avenue and the west line of Lot 7, Block 1, in Bluemound Terrace Subdivision, being a subdivision of a part of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 29, Town 7 North, Range 21 East, from Single-Family Residential (RS1) to Multi-Family Residential (RM1).
