Substitute resolution appropriating $800,000 to the Department of Administration from the 2000 Special Purpose Account - Reimbursable Services Advance Fund.

BODY:

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that $800,000 be and hereby is appropriated from the 2000 Reimbursable Services Advance Fund (Account Number 0007-9990-0001-R999-RM000000000) to the Department of Administration for the expenses associated with the change in funding source for computer and network maintenance, printing and record management; and, be it

Further Resolved, That the procedures for handling and advancing funds in anticipation of reimbursable revenue are in accordance with those set forth in Common Council File 80-1513.
