This substitute ordinance will change the zoning to allow for the development of five single-family homes as part of the CityHomes program.
BODY:
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
 
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
 
Section 295-130(5).0013. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the area bounded by the centerline of West Walnut Street, the centerline of North 21st Street, a line 150 feet North and parallel to the north line of West Walnut Street, a line 165.24 feet West and parallel to the centerline of North 21st Street, a line 234.70 feet South and parallel to the south line of West Barbee Street and the centerline of North 22nd Street, from Local Business (L/C/40) and Parking (P/D/40) to Multi-Family Residence (R/C/40).
