Substitute ordinance relating to the change in zoning from Local Business (L/C/40) and Parking (P/D/40) to Multi-Family Residence (R/C/40), on land located on the North Side of West Walnut Street and East of North 22nd Street, in the 17th Aldermanic District.

This substitute ordinance will change the zoning to allow for the development of five single-family homes as part of the CityHomes program.
BODY:
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
Section 295-130(5).0013. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the area bounded by the centerline of West Walnut Street, the centerline of North 21st Street, a line 150 feet North and parallel to the north line of West Walnut Street, a line 165.24 feet West and parallel to the centerline of North 21st Street, a line 234.70 feet South and parallel to the south line of West Barbee Street and the centerline of North 22nd Street, from Local Business (L/C/40) and Parking (P/D/40) to Multi-Family Residence (R/C/40).
