This resolution amends a special privilege granted to Metropolitan Property Corporation to keep and maintain an ornamental band of masonry and steel projecting into the public rights-of-way on the north and west walls of the building located at 2252-66 North Prospect Avenue, to now change the name of the grantee of the special privilege to Leisure Investments, Inc.


BODY:
Whereas, Metropolitan Property Corporation was granted a special privilege under Common Council Resolution File Number 60-1888, on October 6, 1960, to construct and maintain an ornamental band of masonry and steel projecting into the public rights-of-way on the north and west walls of the building located at 2252-66 North Prospect Avenue; and

Whereas, The current owner of the property is Leisure Investments, Inc. and should now be named as the grantee of the special privilege; and

Whereas, The ornamental wall projection may only occupy the public rights-of-way through the adoption of a special privilege resolution by the Common Council; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that Common Council Resolution File Number 60-1888 is hereby rescinded; and, be it

Further Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that Leisure Investments, Inc., 16760 West Greenfield Avenue, P. O. Box 207, Brookfield, WI 53008, is hereby granted the following special privilege:
