This ordinance will permit the development of additional off-street surface parking for Sinai Samaritan Medical Center.
BODY:
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances ("Code") a new section to read:

Section 295-810(2)(b).0098.

(1) In accordance with the provisions of Section 295-810(1) of the Code relating to the establishment of planned development districts, the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee approves the detailed plan for Phase 4 of a planned development known as Sinai Samaritan Medical Center, a copy of which is attached to this Common Council File as Exhibit "A" which is on file in the Office of the City Clerk and made a part thereof as though fully set forth herein.

(2) The zoning map is amended to change from General Planned Development (GPD) to Detailed Planned Development (DPD), the area which is part of Lots 7, 10-12 and all of Lots 13-22 in the subdivision of Block 190 in the West 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 29, Township 7 North, Range 22 East, in the City of Milwaukee, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, bounded and described as follows:

Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Lot 22; thence North along the West line of said Block 190 a distance of 376.08 feet to a point; thence North 89 deg. 52 min. 34 sec. East 30.22 feet to a point; thence South 123.92 feet to a point; thence East 269.97 feet to a point in the East line of aforesaid Block 190; thence South 00 deg. 02 min. 00 sec. West alo...
