A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the

City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the west side of North 73^rd Street from a point 1170 feet south of West Bradley Road to a point 70 feet south thereof

Part 2.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On the west side of South Kinnickinnic Avenue between East Wilson Street and East Homer Street"

Part 3.  Section 101-23-4-e of the Code relating to Three-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:

On South Kinnickinnic Avenue between East Wilson Street and East Homer Street from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Except Sunday
