A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the City.


BODY:
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On the west side of N. 21st Street from the north curb line of W. Wisconsin Avenue to a point 200 feet north thereof at any time"

"On the east side of N. 21st Street from W. Wisconsin Avenue to W. Wells Street at any time"

Part 2. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the east side of N. 21st Street from W. Wisconsin Avenue to a point 200 feet north at any time

Part 3. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On the west side of N. 21st Street from W. Wisconsin Avenue to W. Wells Street"

"On W. North Avenue between N. 1st and N. Palmer Streets"

Part 4. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:

On N. 21st Street from W. Wisconsin Avenue to W. Wells Street

Part 5. Section 101-23-4-e of the Code relating to Three Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On W. North Avenue from N. 40th to N. 42nd Streets"

Part 6. Section 101-23-10-a of the Code relating to Winter Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On the east side of N. 49th Street from W. North Avenue to W. Lisbon Avenue"

Part 7. Section 101-27-9 of the Code relating to Night Parking Exceptions is amended by adding the following:

On W. Highland Boulevard from N. 27th Street to W. Vliet Street

Part 8. Section 101-32-3-d-3 of the Code relating to Two Hour Meter Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On N. 49th Street...
