Title

Analysis

This substitute ordinance was initiated by the Department of City Development to reflect the residential character of the area.

Body

Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:

 

Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:

 

Section 295-501.2(c).0009. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for land within an area bounded by West Wells Street, West State Street, North 15th Street and North 18th Street, from Multi-Family Residential (RM7) to Multi-Family Residential (RM5) and from Multi-Family Residential (RM6) and Multi-Family Residential (RM7) to Two-Family Residential (RT4).
