Brust Ave. in the 13th Aldermanic District with a City share of $7,700.
Body
Whereas, The street was last resurfaced in 1959 and is in need of rehabilitation; and

Whereas, This project was constructed as part of the City of St. Francis’ 2022 maintenance program; and

Whereas, The City of Milwaukee and City of St. Francis share jurisdiction ownership of the roadway and will share the construction costs; and

Whereas, The City of St. Francis will be the lead agency for construction; and

Whereas; The City of St. Francis, pending Council approval, has agreed to undertake the construction work with the City of Milwaukee paying for the portion within the City of Milwaukee limits for all construction expenses; and

Whereas; The City of Milwaukee and City of St. Francis have agreed to the scope of work and retain all responsibilities to the roadway; and

Whereas; Any cost overruns and/or changes in scope shall be approved by the Department of Public Works and the City of St. Francis with costs divided based on jurisdictional boundaries; and

Whereas, This project is programmed for construction in 2022; and

Whereas, The construction cost was approved in Resolution File Number 220618; and therefore, be it
