11/4/20190 HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION ADOPTED

Minutes note: Mr. Tim Askin said that the proposal is to build a roof on the front porch. The property has had extensive changes over a number of years. Staff supports the addition of a front membrane porch roof which will never be seen at the same time as the back porch, which isn't in the same style. Staff recommends approval with simple conditions on the materials outlined in the staff report. There always was a porch and prior to 1915 it had a roof. Jim Dorr - contractor
