Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the Department of Public Works is hereby authorized and directed to modify and/or install street lighting at various locations; and, be it
Further Resolved, That the Comptroller's Office is authorized and directed to transfer from the Street Lighting budget, Account Number ST240060000, up to $4,500,000 to the general purpose sub-accounts indicated as follows:

Further Resolved, That the City Comptroller is authorized and directed to transfer funds as required without further Common Council authorization, the total amount of such transfer shall not exceed the amount authorized in the 2006 Street Lighting budget.
