Analysis
This resolution will permit the Redevelopment Authority to convey said land according to the conditions in the Land Disposition Report.
Body
Whereas, Andrew G. Mueller has offered to purchase the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Milwaukee (“Redevelopment Authority”) property at 1220 West Canal Street for assemblage with his adjacent property to continue his marine service business; and
Whereas, On December 14, 2006, the Redevelopment Authority held a Public Hearing on the proposed sale as required by Wisconsin Statutes; and
Whereas, Pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes and as a condition precedent to the sale, lease or transfer of land, the Redevelopment Authority submits herewith a Land Disposition Report describing the terms and conditions of the proposed sale; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the Land Disposition Report dated December 14, 2006, with respect to the proposed sale of the following property is approved:

Menomonee Valley Industrial Area “H”
PARCEL ADDRESS

REDEVELOPER
Andrew G. Mueller, doing business as Lower Lakes Marine Service
; and, be it
Further Resolved, That the City of Milwaukee is authorized to accept a public access easement or assignment of a public access easement for a Riverwalk at 1200 and 1220 West Canal Street upon such time as the property owner executes such easement.
