Analysis
This resolution approves an easement agreement between the City and Wisconsin Electric Power Company to allow the installation and maintenance of underground utility facilities within the easement area located at 3921 West Lincoln Avenue.
Body
Whereas, Construction of new compressed natural gas refueling station will require Wisconsin Electric Power Company to provide additional electric transmission lines on the property located at 3921 West Lincoln Avenue; and

Whereas, Wisconsin Electric Power Company desires to enter into an easement agreement with the City to allow for underground utility facilities within the easement area at 3921 West Lincoln Avenue; and

Whereas, There will be no structures installed on this parcel; and

Whereas, Wisconsin Electric Power Company has submitted a proposed easement agreement granting the right to have its underground utility facilities within the easement area located at 3921 West Lincoln Avenue; and

Whereas, The City Engineer has checked the legal description and location drawing; now, therefore be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the Common Council approves an agreement between the City and Wisconsin Electric Power Company for the installation and maintenance of underground utility facilities within the easement area at 3921 West Lincoln Avenue, a copy which is attached to this file; and, be it

Further Resolved, That the proper City officers are authorized to execute the agreement on behalf of the City of Milwaukee; and, be it

Further Resolved, That after the easement has been fully executed by the proper City officers, all 4 copies shall be returned to the City Engine...
