Body
Whereas, The City of Milwaukee requested an easement needed for our 15-inch diameter sanitary sewer and 42-inch diameter storm sewer located in the area of 3800 West Mill Road, Milwaukee, WI 53209; and
Whereas, The easement area is in lands owned by Recycler Properties of Milwaukee, LLC; and
Whereas, The land-owner is willing to grant Sewer Easement SE-2840 to the City giving the City permission to enter the property, and to construct, operate, maintain, inspect, and repair said sewers within the easement area on terms and conditions negotiated by the City's Department of Public Works, as reflected in the easement document that has been made part of this file; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the proper City officers, including the DPW Commissioner, are hereby authorized: (i) to accept Sewer Easement SE-2840, in the form and substance submitted to this file (or in substantially the same form and substance as submitted, and to effectuate the intent of this resolution); and (ii) to sign the easement and cause the same to be recorded in the Milwaukee County Register of Deeds Office.
