Title

A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the

City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the west side of North 93^rd Street from West Burleigh Street to a point 55 feet north

Part 2.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On East Irving Place between North Oakland and North Bartlett Avenues"

"On East Irving Place between North Farwell and North Oakland Avenues"

Part 3.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the south side of East Irving Place from North Bartlett Avenue to North Farwell Avenue from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Except Sunday
