This substitute ordinance will change the zoning to allow for the development of a church complex.
BODY:
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
 
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
 
Section 295-110(2).0003. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for that part of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 27, Township 8 North, Range 21 East, in the City of Milwaukee, County of Milwaukee, State of Wisconsin, bounded and described by:
 
Commencing at the Southeast corner of said 1/4 Section; thence North 00 deg. 47 min. 33 sec. East along the east line of said 1/4 Section 45 feet to a point in the north line of West Florist Avenue, said point being the point of beginning of the land to be described; thence continuing North 00 deg. 47 min. 33 sec. East along the east line of said 1/4 Section 752.19 feet; thence North 89 deg. 03 min. 12 sec. West along the south line of the North 112 acres of said 1/4 Section 1620.83 feet to a point in the east line of North 73rd Street; thence South 01 deg. 07 min. 17 sec. West along the east line of said North 73rd Street, 751.64 feet to a point in the north line of West Florist Avenue; thence South 89 deg. 02 min. 03 sec. East along the north line of said West Florist Avenue, being parallel to and 45 feet distant from the south line of said 1/4 Section 1625.14 feet to the place of beginning, from Industrial (I/D/40) to Single-Family Residence (R/F-2/40).
