Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:

Section 295-601(2)0003. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the area bounded by the zoning line within the right-of-way along West National Avenue, the zoning line within the right-of-way along South Cesar E. Chavez Drive, a line 147.47 feet North and parallel to the north line of West National Avenue and a line 50 feet East and parallel to the east line of South Cesar E. Chavez Drive, from Industrial (IM) to Local Business (LB2).
