This ordinance will make an existing grocery store and funeral home permitted uses.
BODY:
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
Section 295-310(4).0001. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the area bounded by the centerline of North Holton Street, the centerline of East Brown Street, a line 200 feet West and parallel to the west line of North Holton Street, a line 200 feet North and parallel to the north line of East Brown Street, a line 120 feet West and parallel to the west line of North Holton Street, and a line 150 feet South and parallel to the south line of East Lloyd Street from Multi-Family Residence (R/C/40 and R/C/60) to Neighborhood Shopping (S/C/40).
