Passage of this ordinance will permit the conversion of industrial buildings into 70 units of multi-family housing.
BODY:
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. There is hereby added to the Milwaukee Code a new section to read as follows:
Section 295-130(5).0012. The zoning map is hereby amended so as to change the zoning for the area in that part of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 31, Township 7 North, Range 22 East, in the City of Milwaukee bounded by an area commencing at a point in the centerline of West Pierce Street, as platted, 572.14 feet West of the east line of said 1/4 section; running thence North 445.00 feet to a point; thence Easterly along a straight line 136.36 feet to a point; thence Southerly along a straight line 37.50 feet to a point; thence Easterly along a straight line 217.91 feet to a point; thence Southerly along a straight line 222.50 feet to a point; thence Westerly along a straight line 179.86 feet to a point; thence Southerly along a straight line 185.00 feet to a point along the centerline of West Pierce Street; thence Westerly along the centerline of West Pierce Street 174.37 feet to the point of beginning.
