Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that the following easement offered the City:

Water Easement WE-826, executed by the City of Milwaukee, a municipal corporation of the State of Wisconsin, and Opus North Corporation, for a permanent water main easement in Certified Survey Map No. 6360, Parcel 1, north of Interstate Highway 94 and 850 feet west of North 84th Street, in the City of Milwaukee.

is accepted, ordered recorded by the City Real Estate Officer, and thereafter kept on file in the Office of the City Comptroller.
