This ordinance authorizes the City Plan Commission to approve a site plan for the future development of the site.

BODY:

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:

Section 295-91.0034. The zoning map is amended to establish a Site Plan Review Overlay District for land bounded by the area of the centerline of West Brown Deer Road, the Northwest quarter section line of Town 08 North, Range 21 East, Section 08, the north line of the railroad right-of-way, and a line 309.87 feet West and parallel to the West line of the Northwest quarter section line of Town 08 North, Range 21 East, Section 08.
