Analysis
This resolution authorizes the deferment of sanitary and storm sewer special assessments for 10829 and 10933 West Calumet Road.
Body
Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee approved the installation of the sanitary and storm sewers in West Calumet Road on July 13, 1999; and
 
Whereas, The bills for the special assessments for these properties were sent out on March 1, 2001; and
 
Whereas, The total special assessments for the properties was $28,082.26; and
 
Whereas, The property owner of 10829 and 10933 West Calumet Road (tax key numbers 111-0002-0 and 111-9985-100-6) has requested the deferment of the special assessment after the resolution was approved; and,
 
Whereas, At this time, the owner does not require connections to the facilities in West Calumet Road; now, therefore, be it
 
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that the special assessments for the sanitary sewer (SW17090114) and the storm sewer (SW17990114) in West Calumet Road for tax key numbers 111-0002-0 and 111-9985-100-6 be deferred until application for connection to said sewers is made.  The cost for deferred charges shall be in accordance with City Charter 12-10 and 14-18.
