Analysis

This resolution declares all or part of the former 3rd district police property surplus and directs the Departments of Police, Public Works and City Development to prepare a disposition plan. It is contemplated that such plan will include a redivision of the land in a manner that will provide the Police Department with the necessary means of access, by either retained fee interest and/or by easement, to any part(s) of the property to remain in service.
