This resolution authorized and directs the proper City officers to execute a release of Easement W.E. 831.
BODY:
Whereas, Easement W.E. 377A was obtained on September 19, 1974, in the City of Franklin and assigned to the City of Milwaukee on October 8, 1974; and
Whereas, The owner has proposed a resubdivision of the lands on which the water main is installed and
Whereas, The water main is no longer needed in its present location. Therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to execute Release W.E. 831, a release of Easement W.E. 377A, a copy of which is attached hereto; and be it
Further Resolved, That after execution of this release,, the document shall be forwarded to the City Attorney for approval and to the Department, Real Estate Section, for recording and, be it
Further Resolved, That after the release is recorded, a copy be transmitted to the City Comptroller's Office for safekeeping.
